Procedures

1.    Fill out the application for accreditation and its annexes.

2.    The conformity assessment body delivers the required documents to the Accreditation Unit.

3.    If the documents meet the requirements, the application shall be signed by both parties and be formally submitted.

4.    Informing the conformity assessment body of names of the assessment team and the initial date for the preliminary assessment process upon the request of the conformity assessment body.

5.    The assessment team shall review the documents and records.

6.    The assessment team shall issue a report regarding documents assessment and cases of non-conformity.

7.    The conformity assessment body shall provide a suggestion for shutting down cases of non-conformity, and have it approved by the leader of the assessment team.
8.    The conformity assessment body shall provide correctional procedures- when needed.
9.    The assessment team shall assess the correctional procedures
10.    The agreed upon assessment dates shall be sent to the conformity assessment body.
11.    Assessing the technical efficiency (activities) of the conformity assessment body
12.    A report is submitted to the conformity assessment body, regarding the assessment process and clarifying cases of non-conformity.
13.    Receiving The form for the proposed correctional procedures for non-conforming cases discovered after filling and certifying the form by the assessment team.

14.    The conformity assessment body shall submit the documents proving the correction of cases of non-conformity, to the accreditation unit.
15.    The assessment team shall assess the correctional procedures.
16.    The assessment team shall conduct a follow-up visit to the conformity assessment body' site to ensure the correction of non-conforming cases, if there is a need.
17.    The reports shall be presented to the accreditation committee, and the conformity assessment body shall be informed of the decision of the accreditation committee.
18.    The body shall pay the fees after the assessment visit.
19.    The conformity assessment body shall be given the accreditation certificate
20.    Publication of the granting / expanding / renewal of the accreditation in the Official Gazette by the Accreditation Unit and registering the conformity assessment body in the list of accredited bodies of the unit.

21.    Subsequent follow-up shall be conducted on the date agreed upon with the body.
